Goony Farm at Miniatura Park
It’s a farm full of new friends! Goony Farm is our brand new 2 acre small animal petting farm where children can pick up and feed some of the residents (under supervision of course).
Whilst the range of animals on show and available for petting can range on a day to day basis, the main residents of Goony Farm include ducks, hens, guinea pigs, goats, pigmy goats. pigs and rabbits. From time to time other animals enjoy a visit to Goony Farm.
Throughout the day there are opportunities to feed and handle animals, and learn about the care and upkeep of animals. A hand washing facility is situated alongside the farm office. A new picnic area with sandpit and farm diggers and tractors for young children can be found behind the Pig pen!
Information about the day’s feeding and petting times are displayed on a blackboard at the entrance to Goony Farm. No two days are ever quite the same! Please note that the farm closes to the public half an hour before the park every day.
Our new Gift Shop includes a range of souvenirs from Goony Farm.
